Why do we recommend this preparation?
Due to its composition, 1 tablet a day is enough to prevent and treat magnesium deficiency.

In what cases is the preparation recommended?

• increased physical activity
• increased requirement during pregnancy and lactation
• inadequate, deficient nutrition (diet, slimming diet))
• digestion, absorption disorders (intestinal disease)
• increased loss of magnesium (diarrhoea, burns, taking particular diuretics)
• particular special pharmacotherapies (certain antibiotics, immune suppressive preparations, chemotherapeutics)
• neurological symptoms (concentration capacity disturbance)
• shaking of the muscles, convulsion of the muscles (e.g.: convulsion of the calf at night )

Pack size:
30 and 60 film-coated tablets

Dosing:
The recommended daily dose for adults is 1 film-coated tablet.

Gyermekeknek:

• 1/2 film-coated tablet per day at the age of 4-10
• 1 film-coated tablet above the age of 11
